Tourism Bengkulu

Perhaps until now many of you who do not know about the city of Bengkulu, or even do not know where Bengkulu?

Bengkulu Province was formed in 1968. Previously only the capital of Bengkulu Bengkulu Utara and is part of South Sumatra. But now the city of Bengkulu has 4 districts of the Teluk Segara, Gading Cempaka, Kepahiang, and selebar. Bengkulu Province is located on the West Coast of Sumatra Island and directly adjacent to the Indian Ocean with a coastline 530 km. Geography, history, culture, and natural distinctiveness, it is the mainstay that could attract interest from travelers in the country and abroad.





One of the most crowded tourist visited by travelers in the country and abroad is Long Beach. Why is Long Beach? Because of its location extends along 7 km with a width of 500 meters from the highway. This beach is also decorated with lots of pine trees. Various kinds of tourism or recreational activities can be conducted in coastal beach with white sand. Bengkulu society used to spend time at the beach to enjoy the sunset or just exercising the beach. Although the waves in Long Beach is not very large but relatively prone to be swim. the locations have been installed warning signs are prohibited to swim but still there were some who break them.

Many public transportation can visit this Long Beach area. Only a distance of about 3 km from the city center. And if want to stay, along the coast there are accommodations like hotels and cottages, complete with amenities. If want to see the beauty of the beach at night from the altitude, there is an existing tower at one-star hotels in the city of Bengkulu. From the tower is all part of the city of Bengkulu be seen clearly.
